User Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Program Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

When you enroll in a Shadow Treasures program, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay all fees associated with the program
• Attend scheduled sessions or access online content as outlined in the program description
• Comply with program guidelines and instructor directions

Payment Terms

All program fees must be paid in full before the first session unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the program start date
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 3-6 days before the program start date
• No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the program start date
• No refund after the program has commenced

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Shadow Treasures website and in our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, recipes, techniques, and software, is the property of Shadow Treasures or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works based on our content
• Record, photograph, or share program materials without authorization

User Conduct

When participating in our programs or using our services, you agree to:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not interfere with the operation of our website or services

We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to anyone who violates these conduct standards, without refund.

Health and Safety

Cooking involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of sharp tools, hot surfaces, and potential food allergens. By participating in our programs, you:

• Acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for your own safety
• Agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
• Will inform instructors of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may be relevant
• Understand that Shadow Treasures is not liable for injuries or allergic reactions that occur during programs

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadow Treasures and its directors, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of services
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any injury, illness, or allergic reaction experienced during or after programs

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shadow Treasures and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Use.

Modifications to Terms
